”Doing business as KM International, we manufacture a variety of asphalt maintenance equipment including infrared asphalt recyclers, asphalt hotbox reclaimers, crack maintenance equipment and sealcoat storage and application units.  KM International was founded in 1983 when two enterprising contractors recognized the need for an affordable and versatile asphalt recycler that would allow them to repair asphalt efficiently. When research turned up neither an affordable nor a versatile machine, they set out to design and build an infrared asphalt recycler for their own use.

Once the primary goal of an affordable, practical means of recycling asphalt had been accomplished, evolution took over. The original KM infrared has seen improvements and adaptations that make it evermore practical for today’s contractors to utilize it in their daily asphalt maintenance business. Staying true to the original company goal, we have developed a variety of products to aid in the repair and maintenance of asphalt. This necessary evolution continues to this day as users of our equipment provide valuable feedback about the effectiveness and versatility of KM International’s maintenance equipment in their businesses today.
